JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

  • You come from the data space (DWH, data quality, analytical engine, ETL/ELT, APM, data management, MDM or data catalog, older Hadoop arena or cloud infrastructure)
    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Build and maintain relationships with account decision makers and decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in the territory
  • Understand and effectively communicate the value of Acceldata solutions to customers
  • Lead solution discovery to understand client requirements, objectives, and priorities
  • Work with management, negotiate contracts, and provide all followup to deliver signed contracts
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast to increase visibility of short and longterm prospects through Salesforce
  • Meet agreed monthly/annual performance in both client activity and quota achievement
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Manage and grow partner relationships at the field level with ISVs and SIs to drive revenue and client success

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • Proven track record of quota overachievement
  • 10+ years of quotacarrying enterprise software sales into large enterprises
  • Experience prospecting, driving, orchestrating and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling software platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in data: DB vendors, big data, integration, APM, Cloud infrastructure monitoring, etc.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of key ROI and TCO principles
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, team environment.
