We're delighted to be partnering with a leading expert in US broking and coverholder business, with access to Lloyd's and Company paper to support the hire of a Coverholder Oversight Manager.

Due to continued year on year growth the company is looking to establish a dedicated coverholder oversight function, with the Coverholder Oversight Manager being the first step in this team build.

You will be bringing together the audit oversight and coverholder oversight under one team, developing current frameworks, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and nurturing coverholder relationship.

It is essential you have experience managing and overseeing US delegated authority arrangements and have previously managed a team.
