Part Time Transport Administrator

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for an experienced transport admin on behalf of our client in Cowley area (OX4)

Working in the Transport Office with multi user contracts, duties will include, but not limited to:

Driver debriefs
Dealing with vehicle breakdowns/callouts
Preparing run sheets for following days
General Administrative duties

Part Time Transport Administrator Role requirements:

MUST have experience working within a busy transport/distribution/logistics office:
May suit an exHGV driver
Knowledge of tacho infringements would be advantageous

- knowledge on working time and EU driving time directive would be advantageous

Customer service experience and excellent communication skills
Good level of IT proficiency
Good levels of organisation
Able to work on own initiative (solo person in office between 18:0020:00)
Immediate start preferred

Part Time Transport Administrator PAYE rates
-
£12.38/Hr
