Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) - Cardiff

Salary:
£30,000-£40,000 per annum
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join a well-established Sustainability Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK recognised Energy & Sustainability specialist where you will be provided with the opportunityfor regular career growth and professional training.


The successful Sustainability Consultant will have:

  • An Engineering, Sustainability or Built Environment related MSc
  • Knowledge of preparing climate action plans or net zero strategies
  • Exceptional knowledge of the UK construction market
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience generating BREEAM, LEED and WELL assessments
  • Exceptional project management skills with a grasp on budgets and costing

The successful Sustainability Consultant will:

  • Manage building environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, LEED)
  • Regularly maintain relevant knowledge of low carbon technologies
  • Maintain excellent client facing relationship skills and provide regular design advice
  • Produce data analysis and client presentations
  • Develop strategies for Net zero carbon
