Description
A Magic Circle Law firm is looking for a talented BD Adviser to join their Flexible Contract Lawyer Platform.

This is a fully remote role with scope to become a manager in the future The team is growing quickly, and responsibilities of the role include energetic curatorship of the platform's social media and digital presence, competitor analysis and market monitoring, the design and preparation of marketing, newsletters, pitches and other material, and hands-on organisation of events.

You will be part of a supportive and friendly team who champion your success and invite you to bring new ideas.

For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the team's social media and digital activity, with the objective of growing social media and digital presence.
  • Design, create content for and maintain clear and impactful materials and collateral used in communications with consultants, clients, practice groups and other audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to participate in pitches and RFP responses.
  • Monitor and report on new developments and innovation in the alternative legal services market.
  • Organise and manage events, with support from the team.
  • Collaborate with business development & marketing and other colleagues from across the firm to ensure a joinedup approach for selling externally and internally.
  • Working with and supporting the Head of the team and the Senior Client Development Manager with the ongoing execution of the business development and marketing plan, including delivery of campaigns and projects as required.

About you:


  • You will have Business development and/or marketing experience within the legal or wider professional services sector.
  • You will be creative with excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write and produce engaging and visually impactful content.
