Are you an experienced Care Assistant looking for your next new challenge? We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is ready to take the next step in their career in Health and Social Care. You will ideally have 3 x years experience working in domicilary care and be hardworking, reliable and work to a high standard. No senior experience is nessassary as full training will be provided
We offer a paid hourly rate,
PLUS paid mileage at 40p per mile.

As a Field Care Supervisor at Personal Assist South Yorkshire, caring will be at the core of everything you do.

Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you'll be a real influence on the rest of the team.

Your duties as a Field Care Supervisor will include but not limited to:

  • Conducting spot checks and medication competencies on new and existing members of staff
  • Providing support and motivation to your team to ensure you get the best from them
  • Always leading by example, demonstrating compliance and understanding of the company policies and procedures and CQC regulations
  • Completing weekly audits of care logs submitted by your team of carers
  • Attending weekly senior meetings and monthly management meetings at head office
  • Opportunity to study your level 4 NVQ and additional development options

To be considered for this position you must be able to commit to and have the following:


  • Flexibility to work anytime between 7.00am pm
  • Be available to work every other weekend
  • Have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Enhanced DBS check


One of your key responsibilities will be to maintain accurate records of the job you do and build strong relationships with the rest of your team, our friendly management team will be on hand to support you in getting to grips with everything and any necessary training will be provided.

About You


You should have experience working in domiciliary care and ideally, you'll have an NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, a background in person-centred care planning and knowledge of caring for people with a range of reasons for needing care.

What's essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You'll know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. And, whenever you communicate with a service user or a co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind.
