Dogs Trust is the UK's largest dog welfare charity and normally cares for around 14,000 dogs across its network of 21 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin. Dogs Trust has a non-destruction policy and will never put a healthy dog to sleep.

Our rehoming centres house thousands of dogs each year until they are able to find a loving new home and the success of our centres wouldn't be possible without our dedicated team of staff and volunteers; there is a real family-community within each of our centres.

Dealing with thousands of visitors each month, our rehoming centres are the face of Dogs Trust and we pride ourselves on our staff providing the very best in customer service.

We are seeking an Adoption Adviser to take primary responsibility for working with prospective adopters, assessing their suitability and matching them to dogs appropriate to their circumstances.

The post holder will also make one post-adoption call to new adopters to offer the support of the Rehoming Centre team with their new dog and conduct intake assessments for dogs looking for new homes.
