Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the world of housing?Would you like to work for a successful sought-after business in which you will be given every opportunity to learn and develop professionally?

The client we are working with is an award-winning company specialising in new build housing and are ever expanding, as such they are now looking for a highly motivated individual to join their talented team at their new site in King's Lynn with the positionof Assistant Site Manager.

As part of a business that pride themselves on delivering high quality service at every stage of the construction process, you will play a crucial role in their continued success.

You'll work closely with the site manager to ensure that projects are completedto the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget.

In exchange for all your hard-work you will be generously compensated with a salary range of £35,000-45,000 and the following excellent benefits:

  • Car allowance.
  • Company car (up to 5k).
  • Up to 5% annual bonus.
