Business Travel Consultants - duties

  • Offer first class customer service at all times.
  • Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any particular airline/supplier using Sabre or Amadeus
  • Deal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.
  • Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.

Business Travel Consultants skills required

  • Business Travel experience
  • Sabre or Amadeus knowledge
  • Able to work Shifts Mon-Fri 3.30pm12am, 1 weekend day per month (daytime hours)
  • Must be happy to be office based 1 day per month in the Aberdeen area
