Current assetsinclude education, residential, heritage, public realmand commercial developments across South Devon.

The Role

The position will require an enthusiastic individual to assist in the provision professional estate management services to the organisation and it's clients.


Duties are likely to include:

  • Undertake a range of property valuations in accordance with RICS Red Book
  • Provide advice and assist with new lettings, lease and licence renewals, reviews, resolving issues and ensuring obligations and covenants are upheld
  • Identify opportunities to maximise the use of land and properties within the estate for alternative use
  • Assist in the acquisition or disposal of land or property for the company or external clients
  • Prepare estimates and reports valuations, reviews and benchmarking

The Person
You should have gained previous experience in a property related position with knowledge of legislation, landlord and tenant law.

A collaborative individual with the ability to problem solve, work within teams and to deadlines, you should be able to communicateeffectively and be fully IT literate.


Applicants should ideally have:

  • Desire to or already working towards MRICS status
  • UK driving licence with ability to travel to sites when required
