Overview

On behalf of a care focused organisation, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Manager / Care Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a luxury supported living branch based in Solihull, West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong supported living manager / team leader / care manager looking to make a difference.

As Supported Living Manager / Care Manager you will work Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm and will play an integral part in the management team.


Location of the Supported Living Manager role:

This office can be accessible from Shirley, Hollywood, Birmingham, Marston Green, Knowle, Balsall Common, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Minworth and surrounding areas.


The Supported Living Manager:


  • Must have good CQC knowledge
  • Supported living / Extra care / Dom Care experience essential
  • Must have experience of supporting adults in a social care environment
  • Must be passionate about quality care

The Supported Living Manager Process:


The interview process for this role will be one stage.

Stage one -Teams interview with the Operations Manager.

Stage two - Face to face interview with the Director.
