About the role

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who is ready for their next role in retail. We are looking for a supervisor to join our Redbrick Mill store on a full-time basis,

As a supervisor you are responsible in supporting the store management team, in planning and motivating staff to achieve standards in accordance with company guidelines.

Taking the responsibility of running the department in absence of the Junior Manager.
