My client, a highly reputable, market leading global company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Continuing to experience growth, they are searching for an individual who can take on the challengesof a rapidly expanding business and help to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and other reports to support decisionmaking
Budgeting and forecasting
Analysis of financial performance and identification of opportunities for improvement
Managing and mentoring junior finance staff
Liaising with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely

Requirements:

Proven experience in management accounting, including preparation of management accounts
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
