Teqniq is searching for a
Service designer - Housing Allocations Scheme to work in the public sector.

24 hours per week.

3 months contract.

09:00-17:30

The purpose of the service design work is to build a stronger understanding of resident's experience of the Housing Allocations service


Outputs include:
1. A service blueprint of the Housing Allocation scheme including policy and service interactions for residents and staff. 2. Map for user journeys for residents (and staff) to access the housing allocation scheme, including the main touchpoints involved. 3. Assessment of the main priority opportunities for service improvement with a plan forward for implementation. 4. Develop overall vision for service with residents, staff and other key stakeholders through workshops and project updates.
