We are looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with our Care Groups to build a collaborative and compassionate learning culture

Our team is growing, and we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join us, based at our Poole Hospital site, with some working across our Trust sites and opportunities to work from home.

You'll be joining us at an exciting time of change, where through the strengthening of our operational team structure and the successful merger of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Hospitals, you can really make a difference to our colleagues and patients.

Providing strategic leadership, you will be working with teams to deliver our People Strategy and associated initiatives with Care Groups.

You will also be providing high level operational support and have significant expertise of working in a busy Operational HR Department and providing advice to managers on a wide range of complex HR issues.

You will be able to evidence experience of managing complex employee relations caseloads, workforce planning, and leading on HR projects & work-streams.

Experience of dealing with organisational change, including TUPE is also essential.
