A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a superstar Investor Relations EA/Coordinator/Analyst who is well-presented and switched-on to support a busy team in a boutique investment firm in the heart of the West End.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diary and travel coordination for team and investors
Assist with coordinating global roadshow logistics
Assist with roadshow and due diligence day planning
Laise with internal and external stakeholders
Confidently liaise with investor and 3rd party suppliers


WHO YOU ARE
An experienced Investor Relations EA/Coordinator/Analyst who is energetic, flexible and an excellent team player.


Requirements:

2+ years Investor Relations coordinator experience
Proactive with ability to work under pressure and strong follow-through skills
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills are essential as is a keenness on working with digital tools.
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
Top communication skills and discretion at all levels
Strong MS Office skills

This role is paying up to £60k (DOE), benefits, bonus and hybrid working.
