_ The Creative Designer role will be made up of 6 core responsibilities._- 3. Collaborate with the creative team to edit stills and videos based on _provided creative briefs, ensuring content is optimised for use across _different social platforms._
- 4. Efficiently edit and enhance images from photoshoots in bulk, _ensuring they are suitable for website and wholesale use, maintaining _brand consistency._
- 5. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh and innovative _ideas for upcoming brand campaigns and projects._
- 6. Keep on top of industry trends, competitor activity and emerging _design techniques to bring new and exciting ideas to the brand._
_ The Day to Day Stuff_
- 1. Work on a wide range of creative projects from start to finish, _ensuring effective problem solving and communication throughout. _We encourage project ownership and intelligent creativestrategic _thinking._
- 2. Support in the development of design concepts and brand _presentations._
- 3. Manage your time and workload, being agile to changing priorities _and quick turnarounds._
- 4. Maintaining fluid conversations with stakeholders to ensure internal _and external parties are serviced with the assets they need._
- 5. Assisting in the production of brand campaign photoshoots, _liaising with product teams, warehouses, external parties _and supporting onset._
Requirements:
_ About You_
- We are looking for a Creative Designer who has an excellent eye for _luxury, who's multidisciplinary, dynamic and who has a passion for _digital graphic design, is a generator and can deliver highlevel creative _design and artwork._
- _Previous design experience (ideally in a luxury fashion or lifestyle _brand, but this is not essential)._
- _Confident in using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (in particular _InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office._
- _Motion graphics skills desirable but not compulsory._
- _Strong attention to detail in your design work with storytelling _at the heart._
- _Ability to produce work both autonomously and within a team._
- _Proven self-starter with an entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude._
- _You are a people person able to adapt your style to communicate _most effectively with different stakeholders._
- _You have a positive attitude and can work well under pressure._
- _You are creative and not afraid to take the lead and execute _new ideas._
