We are seeking adaptable
Teaching Assistants to become part of our schools in
Wakefield. Immediate availability is preferred, and a long-term commitment is desired.
About the Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in our
Wakefield schools, you will play a pivotal role in assisting both teachers and students, contributing to a positive and effective learning environment
Expectations:

Classroom Assistance: Collaborate closely with teachers to provide support during lessons, helping to facilitate a productive learning environment.

Student Engagement: Encourage student participation and active engagement in the learning process, fostering a passion for education.

Adaptive Support: Be ready to assist students of varying abilities and across different year groups, offering a diverse and rewarding work experience.

Progress Monitoring: Work with teachers to monitor and track student progress, providing valuable feedback to support their development.

Requirements:
