From formally receiving initial leads and enquiries the postholder will, through meetings and discussions, propose solutions from the platforms and technology available to help bring the event to life.

Whether it be setting up on-line testing or arranging live video shoots for upload to various communication platforms, collecting and producing content whilst working along-side the client or finally delivering the event on the day through the operation of state-of-the-art technology, the role is as diverse as it is engaging.


In addition, the postholder will provide necessary support for in-person and virtual conferences and meetings in a variety of locations within the College campus and at our Birmingham Centre of Operations.

The postholder will also be responsible for the rigging, de-rigging and routine maintenance of AV equipment.

This is a superb opportunity for an individual who is confident, methodical, organised and conscientious.


Educated to a minimum level of HNC/HND in a relevant or related discipline, you will have proven AV experience in conference or related "Live" event industry as well as direct customers service and client contact experience.

You will have excellent communication and team working skills. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload with minimum supervision.

You must be flexible and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

About the Role:
