Silverberry is a modern Brunch and Coffee House and they are looking for people-friendly team members to be part of their front of the house team in their Hampstead Café.

If you are a people person, passionate about great food and drink especially artisanal coffee and like to work in a busy environment with fun this job is for you.

• Greeting customers as they arrive
• Advice on the best choices for each customer
• Take orders at the till and deliver them to the table or to the customer safely, swiftly and accurately
• Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
• Work with other staff as a team
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Making sure a high level of hygiene is in place in the area specified as the front of the house

• Proven experience as waiting staff
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction
• Customeroriented and planning skills
• Working knowledge of till register and any ordering information system
• Outstanding people skills
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problemsolving
