As the Senior Analyst you will be providing key insights to support strategic decisions, drive automation by using existing tools and proposing the use of new ones.

You will also lead all reporting including post campaign analysis, sentiment and conversation analysis.

You will build measurement frameworks, set KPIs and execute media measurement to drive business goals across brand media.

The Senior Analyst will be the go to person for campaign insights and reporting, and driving forward our strategic data roadmap for a major luxury brand.

Collaborating with the Strategy lead and Social leads to identify ways to better deliver media based on insightful data analysis.

This role will be supported by a junior analyst.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Strategy and Social leads to identify new opportunities to improve media performance through testing, analysis, insights and recommendations
  • Work with the broader team to implement datadriven media campaigns, set KPIs and define measurement frameworks
  • Lead campaign reporting and post campaign analysis, including client readouts
  • Drive forward Learning Agenda through hypothesis testing and tool adoption
  • Take ownership of data deliverables and lead client communications projects with oversight from social and operational leads
  • Thrive in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment by managing multiple projects and work streams
  • Coordinate data integration projects by merging multiple data sources into day to day reporting
  • Provide industry and competitors analysis, set benchmarks and identify what success looks like for clients from a measurement perspective
  • Managing one direct report

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A curious and passionate degree educated individual
  • Extensive experience with paid digital media (a minimum of 6 years experience in a media agency, client side or equivalent)
  • Background in media performance reporting and optimizations
  • Indepth experience analysing and interpreting data from media sources such as ad servers, web analytics, social media platforms, and DSPs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable in clientfacing role
  • Experience with automation tools (understanding of Sprinklr products is a benefit, but not a requirement)

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
