We are a 12 branch privately owned electrical wholesaler.We are looking for a permanent accounts assistant to join the sales ledger team at our Guildford head office accounts department.
The Job involves these main functionsProcessing payments received ia an accurate and timely manner.
Dealing with queries arising from payments received. Once trained you will take responsibility for credit control for your own list of customers. You will also liase with colleagues across all branches.
We hope to recruit someone who is looking for a permanent long-term job. No specific experience is required as we believe that attitude and aptitude are more important than experience. We do want a person with good communication skills and the patience andperseverance to handle both customers and colleagues.
Although we are looking for a full-time appointment we may consider 5 day a week part-time
