This is strategic role in the fundraising department

to support the achievement of the key aims of our Fundraising Strategy to:

Grow income sustainably
Continue to develop and grow a structured, experienced and accountable fundraising

department

Maximise and develop high ROI income streams which build a strong, recurring

pipeline of income and increases our target supporter base

Inspire supporters and continuously exceed their expectations so that they give and

keep giving, and recommend us to others

Continue to implement consistent ways of working which enable us to deepen

relationships

Summary of the Role

You will provide leadership and coordination across High Value income streams and relationship management of Major Donors and Patrons.

You will channel the interest, energy and connections of influential supporters into a

Development Board where they are tasked to introduce new donors and income whist also

upselling existing High Value supporters and cross-selling between income streams e.g.

events guests to corporates, Patrons to Trusts, Corporates to Challenge Events etc

You will put in place effective systems, processes and ways of working to underpin all the

above to provide exemplary supporter journeys whilst developing/mentoring, recruiting and

retaining a brilliant, skilled team with clear roles and responsibilities who are all following

the same plan.
