We are actively seeking Healthcare Assistants to work in a lovely home in Caerphilly. With
its sunny conservatory and hairdressing salon, the home offers Residents a wonderful
choice of places to relax, dine, exercise and socialise. The pretty landscaped garden, which
is looked after by some of our Residents, is a popular spot for socialising with friends and
family.

Job Type:
Flexible agency work. Block Bookings available for the right
Shifts: 7:30 AM until 7:30 pm / 7:30 PM until 7:30 AM
Pay:
£12.05 to £24.10
About the Role:
This is a temporary flexible agency role, with either full or part time hours available,
offering shifts to fit your work/life balance. We are especially interested to hear from
Healthcare Assistants with some experience within the care / Nursing sector.
Experience with Manual Handling equipment in a live environment is key here. You
will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, providing a first-class service
and commitment to making a difference in the lives of these patients and their
families.

Duties will include:
- Personal Care
- Manual Handling Equipment use
- The implementation of care and treatment plans
- Providing companionship and support to residents
Key Requirements:
- Past experience in Healthcare (2 months plus desirable)
- Experience with Manual Handling Equipment in a live environment is key
- A desire to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents
- Right to work in the UK
Salary:
£12.05-£24.10 per hour
