An excellent Tunbridge Wells based opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development professional to join a top regional law firm to develop and deliver the BD and marketing strategy for one of the firm's key market segments.

A bright graduate or equivalent, ideally with a CIM postgraduate diploma, you will bring extensive proven experience working within a marketing role with operational responsibility for business development activities, specifically lead generation and conversion,pitches and key account management.

Flexible, energetic, self-motivated, organised and accustomed to working under pressure to meet tight deadlines, the Business Development Manager will have previous experience working in a professional services environmentwhere they successfully delivered multi-channel, lead generating marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven consulting skills with the credibility to challenge, influence and advise senior stakeholders are also a prerequisiteof this challenging role.
