Description

We are looking for a band 5 to work under supervision to provide a dietetic service to adults in community bed base units, residential, nursing homes and clinics in the community in the West of the county using evidence-based practice and conforming to best practice.

You will be liaising with clinical and non-clinical professionals, patients, family/carers, educational organisations, statutory and voluntary organisations in Hertfordshire regarding.

You will provide education and training to dietitians, dietetic students, other healthcare professionals (HCPs) and nursing and residential homes Word versions of documents are available if needed to allow for any adaptations to be made i.e.

font, colour, background, convert to Read Aloud.
