I am currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a proven background in new build residential projects, specifically high spec apartments

As the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a well thought of developer, who operate throughout the South West region, you will oversee a large team on a high value site in Exeter.

The project consists of 2 parcels on 1 site.

You will be an accomplished and award winning manager able to deliver housing units and apartments, on time and within budget.

You will be accustomed to writing your own building programmes and using relevant project planning software, with an excellent understandingof building regs, NHBC standards and H & S.

You will lead the site and take ownership of both schemes, ensuring each plot/apartment is built to the highest quality and exceed customer expectations.

This site will shout luxury with a no expense spared finishInitially involved in the pre-construction phases of the scheme and supporting with procurement.

Sound commercial understanding is required as well as strong technical skills with an eye for detail. You will be competent and confident in reporting to the board.
