Description

The Role:
I am an autistic gentleman who wishes to access social events.

I would like to find a PA who can help me organise these events, mainly in Bristol and Bath, and transport me from Paulton, being available while I socialise, and driving me home afterwards.

This will involve daytimes, and occasional evenings and weekends. I have a car which you are welcome to use when we are out and about, including insurance. Applicants would be punctual and reliable, someone with an understanding of autism and who possesses good communication skills.

Main Duties:

To assist and support with accessing the community with a variety of social activities

Personal Qualities and Attributes required:

Responsible, reliable and trustworthy
Respectful of dignity and independence
Good communication skills and social skills
Punctual, reliable and flexible
An understanding of autism

Car owner with driving license, use of own vehicle may be required, and business insurance essential.

Please note that the person undertaking this role may be requested to supply evidence of DBS clearance and/or references where appropriate.

Hours:7.5 hours per week

Pay:
£14.00 per hour

We support people with a disability or long-term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community.

We are not the person that you will work for. You will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.
