This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment, who takes pride in what they do and will take ownership of delivering a fast, efficient service.


For this role you will need to have excellent data input skills, a good telephone manner, be organised and above all, show flexibility and team work skills.

You will need a high level of concentration and will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate service within the office.


Due to the location of the site own transport would be required.


The role is based mainly in
Darenth, on occasions you may be required to work at our Paddock Wood depot.


The Role and Responsibilities:


  • The role is to ensure the arrivals (Goods in) side of the business is set up correctly
  • You will report to the Front Desk Team Leader or the Order Entry Team Leader depending on what work is being undertaken at the time.
  • You must have accurate and efficient data input with excellent attention to detail as work will involve the inputting of customer arrivals, ensuring any amendments are made at the time of arrival as this will impact on the distribution orders for produce coming through our warehouses.
  • You must have highly accurate keyboard skills; any errors could result in a customer claim which may have a costly effect on the business, so this is of high importance
  • You will be happy to carry out repetitive work at a fast pace.
  • You will need excellent communication skills as this role will work closely with both our Warehouse and Goods In teams.
  • You will be responsible for printing and compiling the paperwork for each driver due out that evening.
  • Customer focused; you will be the first point of contact for visiting drivers and customers and need to promote the excellent service upon which Fresh Service prides itself.
  • You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.
  • You should be selfmotivated.
  • You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard
  • To promote harmonious and effective working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service through a combination of communication, team work, motivation and leadership.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk representative, or relevant position.
  • Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, faxing machine, etc.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication, written and people skills.
  • Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
  • Problemsolving ability with analytical skill.
  • Customer oriented and professional attitude.
  • Experience in Goods in will be advantageous
  • Proven experience within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm when working under pressure in a busy and sometimes hectic environment
  • Experience working with bespoke system
  • You should be enthusiastic with a positive attitude

Working:


  • 45 hours per week, on a rotated shifts, 5 days out of Sunday to Thursday 10:00 19:00hrs
  • Annual salary: £ 24,944
  • Payment every 4 weeks
