What You'll Do
As a Trainee Legal Secretary, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our US Immigration team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting lawyers and paralegals with secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Managing client records and correspondence.
- Coordinating phone calls and inquiries.
- Handling invoicing and financial documentation.
- Maintaining office diaries and filing systems.
- Managing office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Undertaking other secretarial and administrative duties as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Interest in a legal career
- A-Levels (law, finance, business studies are desirable but not essential)
- Administration experience
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Detailoriented mindset and proactive approach to tasks.
- Legal Secretary Diploma (desirable but not essential)
