Responsibilities:


  • Diary management and bookings
  • Payments, daily banking and client accounts
  • Recalls on a daily basis for clients in care and reactivation of old clients
  • Administrative responsibilities: clerical, letters, stock of products, weekly stats etc.
  • Update of _Excel _and _Google Docs_
  • Managing the social media business page
  • Helping therapists in patients care (onsite training provided)
  • Promotion of services and providing patient education on holistic health
  • Management of internal marketing campaigns, requesting client testimonials and _Google _reviews
  • Participation in promotional stands for the clinic in different locations (spinal screenings)
- _General housekeeping and cleaning to ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times


Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience as receptionist in a clinic / gym / spa /salon
  • Valuable experience: customer service in busy environment / telemarketing.
  • Someone who speaks and writes excellent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great computer and phone skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS _Outlook, Excel, Word _and _PowerPoint_)
  • Experience of using CRM (we use _KEAP/ InfusionSoft)_
  • Experience of managing _Facebook/Instagram _business page
  • Professional, helpful and friendly both in person and on the phone
  • Must be flexible, trustworthy, punctual and reliable
  • Excellent multitasker, with awesome organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure especially during very busy clinic hours
  • Energetic with constant positive attitude at work
  • Living within 30 min commute of the clinic (SE11 4DA)
  • Someone available early morning, evenings and Saturdays.

, Permanent - 32 to 35 hours per week

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, on different shifts between 07:30 to 21:00. Saturday from 8:15 to 14:00.


Salary:
£ per hour (£21,000-£25,000 per year) depending on experience and responsibilities. Pay scale and responsibilities will increase against performance


Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
