Whether you have experience within care, residential backgrounds, coaching, sports work, or community work, we would love to hear from you You don't need a formal teaching assistant qualification, just transferrable skills, and a desire to make a difference to the lives of young children/adults.

Working patterns available;
- Full time
- Part-Time
- Monday
- Friday
- 08.30am pm
- 12.30pm pm
- 08:30am 15:30pm
- 09:00am 16:00pm
Rates of pay;
- £ £12.50 per hour

Qualifications;
- Nonrequired
- Transferrable skills and working experience needed.
Your duties will include;
- Working with children in the classroom
- Monitoring children's behaviour and progress
- Great communication with legal guardians
- Encouraging children or young adults to interact and engage in activities.
- Establish trusting relationships with pupils and interact with them according to their individual needs and personalities.
You will need to have;
- Transferrable skills from your personal or working life.
- The ability to demonstrate active listening skills and strong verbal communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships and understand the individual needs of the children or young adults in your care.
- The ability to provide varying levels of individual attention, reassurance, and support.
- A personable, calm, and caring demeanour.
Job Types:
Temporary contract, Part-time, Full-time
Contract length: 0-12 months
Part-time hours: 0-35 per week

From £11.50 per hour
