Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct oneonone or small group tutoring sessions with students
- Assess students' learning needs and create personalized lesson plans
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Adapt tutoring techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure student success
- Stay updated on current educational practices and resources
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Ability to effectively educate and explain complex concepts to students
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with students
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Special education experience is a plus
Job Type:

Salary:
£20.00-£25.00 per hour
