Health & Safety and Facilities Management Co-ordinator

Location:
Birmingham

Fixed Term Contract (3 years)

FT Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

Permanent

Salary dependent on experience:
£24,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus NHS pension


An exciting opportunity has arisen at Badger Group which is a social enterprise that works with key stakeholders including NHS Trusts, local authorities, local Councillors & MPs and GPs to deliver best patient care.

You will assist the Head of Operations in managing day-to-day health & safety and facilities management at Badger Group.

You will have knowledge and experience of implementing health and safety and facilities management systems and procedures and you will support the Head of Operations to develop, foster and promote a positive health & safety culture.

You will have highly developed organisation and time management skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You are someone who can show initiative and a willingness to learn and a person who is self-sufficient, proactive and adaptable, a good communicator and a valued team member.

You are highly motivated to excel in your role, providing comprehensive and effective health & safety and facilities services.

Badger strictly adheres to Working Time Directive.
