Our client is the leading international Executive Search and Board Advisory consultancy firm.

They have built a strong reputation having worked with over 40 of the FTSE 100 - placing 10% of the current FTSE 100 Chairs and CEOs into companies such as RalphLauren, Ebay and Google, all demanding a salary of no less than £200K.

Being in an office of 40+ people offers the fast paced office buzz, whilst still knowing each other personally and being noticed by partners.

The Role

Graduate from a top University with a 2:1 or higher
Strong communication skills
Understanding of professional working environments
Driven for success with desire to reach leadership level

The Offering
- £30-£35k basic salary

26 days holiday (rise with length of time within the company)
An annual bonus of anything between 10%90% of your salary dependent on your performance
A full month's salary Christmas bonus
