full and part time position available.
Purpose:
Elevate Recruitment are on the search for Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. Our company is committed to connecting top talent with leading organisations.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our growth journey, helping shape the future of Elevate Recruitment.
Duties:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is preferred.

- £22,500 - £25,000 plus commission
