Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

This is a vital role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and able to handle a large amount of data entry.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of office administrative procedures
  • Excellent clerical skills, including typing and data entry
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
