We are looking for a
Creative Producer to help develop world-beating campaigns across a diverse range of projects and media.


You'll bring fresh thinking and deliver creative assets across our media channels and beyond, broadening the perspectives of our Creative Studio.

You'll also challenge us to think and act progressively to strengthen our relationship with our global family of supporters and help develop our brand globally.

Your day-to-day

  • Work closely with our Creative Studio Lead to produce creative concepts for our club. You'll ensure our creative output connects in real terms in an inspiring and emotional way with our global family of supporters.
  • Take a lead role in producing campaigns with our internal video and design teams, and with external creative agencies, production companies and freelancers where needed.
  • Help our Creative Team to craft creative concepts so that they are fit for production and feasible within our timeframes and budgets.
  • Be a key stakeholder for our tone of voice and club values when working alongside external agencies and freelancers.
  • Help to ensure that we stay at the forefront of cultural and community relevance, keeping track of trends, cultural influences, and creatives across multiple disciplines.

What we are looking for

  • Handson experience of producing creative concepts into their final media, such as video, digital, print, OOH.
  • An exciting relevant portfolio and showreel of work.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on production on mediumsized campaigns and projects.
  • An eye for detail, and a strong sense of pride in the quality of work produced.
  • Strong understanding of how to engage with different audiences all over the world.
  • A positive and driven individual who has the drive and desire to move Arsenal Football Club forward
