Job description:


We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join this dynamic sales team in the city of London.

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for negotiating property sales, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve targets
  • Keep uptodate with the property market and industry trends

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 years experience in property sales and negotiation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Resultsoriented and targetdriven
  • Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
