Grafton Banks Finance is currently seeking a recently qualified accountant for a Finance Business Partner role within a rapidly growing financial services organisation with offices in Brighton.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager and managing the group cost base, providing better understanding of costs across the organisation.

The role will suit an inquisitive and ambitious newly/fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA essential), either coming straight from practice, or trained in industry and eager to move into the FP&A space.

You'll be providing cost analysis and insight, supporting on the budget and forecasting.
You will be working with stakeholders to support investment proposals and investigating cost risk and opportunities.
