Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a renewable energy business that will enable you to develop your skills?


Due to the continued growth within our business and the renewable sector as a whole, we have an exceptional opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our fast growing and successful company.

This role will predominantly focus on progressing our customer's journey after the point of sale through to the satisfactory installation of our products.


About Us


Since 2014, Greener Energy Group Ltd have been providing a range of domestic renewable heating products in customer's homes throughout the country.

Our range of products within our domestic home heating division include Air Source Heat Pumps, German Electric Heaters, Solar PV, Gas Boilers and Spray Foam.


Duties of the Sales Administrator:


  • Dealing with customers inbound and outbound calls ensuring that the needs of our customer's should be at the heart of everything you do.
  • Liaising with our sales team and provide a smooth firstclass journey for our customers.
  • Updating our CRM system with detailed notes about the customer's progress.
  • Assisting teams across the organisation as required.
  • Taking customers payments over the telephone.

Skills and Experience

  • Enthusiastic with fantastic communication, time management and organisational skills.
  • This department can befast paced at times, so your ability to work well under pressure are key to this role.
  • Great IT skills and comfortable using packages such as Excel and Word.
  • Experience within a solar pv or central heating/boiler company preferred.
  • Take pride in your work, paying attention to detail and approach tasks with energy and passion.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to cope with a busy workload.
  • Willingness to support office & fieldbased teams.
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress within the business.

Job Location:


  • Paisley our office is in Trillium Hub, 175 Renfrew Road and offers public transport links and easy access to the M8 motorway.

Salary:


  • Excellent salary starting at £23,000
