We have successfully connected some authorized payment institutions with primary Chinese cross-border payment providers like Alipay, WechatPay and UnionPay through one-stop payment service solution and multichannel marketing campaigns.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our fast-growing company in the cross-border payment and AI cloud industry.

As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business, establishing strategic partnerships, and identifying both UK and China market opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on expanding our cross-border payment solutions and driving the adoption of our AI cloud services.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the crossborder payment and AI cloud space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, payment processors, merchants, and technology partners.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, contracts, and servicelevel agreements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Drive the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the crossborder payment and AI cloud domains.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, telecommunication, wireless system.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the crossborder payment and AI cloud industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including crossborder payments, payment gateways, acquiring banks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud computing, and data analytics is highly desirable.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel between China and UK domestically and internationally as required.
  • Chinese and English as working language.

£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
