Description

Review and confirmation of the site asset list, identifying areas of maintenance that still require access during the construction phase by Mitie engineers.

Control and decommission of site plant and equipment collating all isolation certification ready for handover to construction team
Working with construction team to agree, document and govern safe site access requirements to enable the ongoing maintenance tasks were applicable to take place unhindered and without additional supervision from the construction team.
Plan and coordinate site alarm handover including any necessary codes (fire alarm, intruder alarm) and temporary arrangements/alarm systems
Review, coordination and confirmation of existing O&M/H&S manuals and any site drawings available handover to construction
Sign over of all required site risk assessments and statutory documentation including but not limited to:
Fire risk assessment
Water risk assessment
DSEAR report
Asbestos register
Lift insurance inspection
Lifting equipment insurance inspection
Man safe insurance inspection
Handover of HV/LV safe system of work/switching programme
Fuel tank inspection reports for site generators
Engage with construction team to plan and resource appropriate skilled engineers for new plant and equipment training following successful commissioning prior to occupation and handover of the buildings
Review and acceptance of commissioning documentation for newly installed assets together with the O&M/H&S manuals and site drawings
Review and acceptance of new asset list provided by construction team
Ownership and integration with construction teams throughout the construction phase to ensure availability of information required by both parties
