- £27,000 base, £40,000 OTE

My client, a fantastic market leading independent agent, are looking for a Senior Lettings Valuer to join their team in their office based in the centre of St Albans.

You will be joining a fun and energetic team with scope to make the role your own and be encouragedand supported to progress your career within this well-established and regarded agency.

Responsibilities for this Senior Lettings Valuer role will include:

  • Booking valuations
  • Winning instructions
  • Dealing with rental clients and landlords
  • Liaising with the Directors to help manage the lettings business
  • Managing the units with Property Management team
Skills & Experience for this Senior Lettings Valuer role:

  • Minimum 2 years lettings experience
  • Lettings Negotiation
  • Local area knowledge
  • Lettings Valuing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in fast paced lettings environment
