Here at Ripe Now we're as passionate about of people as we are fresh produce, and due to business growth we're in need of Line Leaders at our busy Packhouse in Kirton.


If you have the skills and experience of keeping a team of Operatives motivated and encouraged, then we want to hear from you Previous experience with fresh produce is preferred although not essential.

This role is being offered on a rotating shift pattern of 2,2,3's. 7.30am is our start time, working through til 7.30pm.

Our pay rate is £10.50 per hour and all hours worked over 40 will be paid at £13.13 per hour.
