Description

Purpose of the Role:

  • Working as part of a dedicated client service team to support clients and attorneys in various aspects of IP support. Proactively working to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met and a high quality of service is delivered.

Core responsibilities:

  • To be familiar with your client's requirements and ensure they are consistently met.
  • Act as an administrative point of contact for clients and attorneys.
  • Quality control of all communications sent to clients for which you are responsible.
  • In conjunction with attorneys, to check and report official communications to clients, and the preparation and filing of responses to official communications.
  • In conjunction with attorneys, monitor and manage deadlines for your clients.
  • Monitoring and processing client specific mailboxes or other types of electronic file transfer means.
  • Ensure all client requirements are appropriately documented and maintained on a Client Requirements Form
  • Manage client's reporting requirements.
  • In conjunction with billing teams, manage the clients invoicing cycle.
  • Undertake general formalities/admin support as required for your clients
