- £9.90 per hourWe are currently looking for a Farm Shop Supervisor at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm. If you have a flair at providing outstanding customer service, then we want to hear from you.

Our Farm Shop opened in 2020 and has become very popular with passing trade and also our zoo visitors.

Our Farm Shop sells fresh and frozen meals, homemade cakes and desserts, made with local produce, freshly cooked in the Noah's Ark Farm Kitchen by our talented chefs.

Our other products are sourced from local businesses in the South West and small sustainable British businesses. Our Farm Shop is also expanding to sell a wider range of gardening essentials and seasonal goods.

Some of your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

Providing a warm welcome and friendly efficient service to all our customers.
Have strong product knowledge and be happy to give any additional information as and when required.
Taking customer orders and payments, operating the tills.
You will be Barista trained, as will be making a multitude of hot drinks.
Serving hot and cold food to our customers.
Ensuring the displays are always fully stocked and presentable to customers.
Tidy and clean tables and customer areas in and around the Farm Shop.
To communicate and work closely with the Duty Manager and our Chef's to ensure food and drink supplies are well managed throughout each day.
Follow our stock control policy.
Working also within our Gift Shop and Food Barn as and when required.
Food Hygiene and Allergen compliance.
Customer service experience, (ideally worked within a Catering / Retail environment).
Till trained and cash handling skills.
