Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting foran
Admin assistant to join our team in
Solihull
You will be office based, providing support for our Administration team, helping with general administrative tasks such as:

  • Receiving and directing incoming calls
  • Completion of internal documents
  • General admin

Requirements:

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Good communication skills and telephone manner.

General admin experience

We will also consider an admin apprentice.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Part-time hours: 35 per week


Salary:
£15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
