Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with one of Europe's fastest growing Fintech organisations, experiencing double digit month on month sales growth and head count growth, where you will develop your full life-cycle recruitment skills in a face paced dynamic organisation?


As Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition projects covering the UK and Ireland to achieve the regional organisational growth objectives.

To be considered it is essential that you:

  • Hold previous recruitment experience either from in-house or recruitment agency.
  • Are confident and enjoy speaking with people that you do not know.
  • Hold active listening and presentation skills.
  • Can work autonomously are curious and people oriented.
  • Possess strong organisation skills able to deliver on multiple concurrently running projects.
  • Target and customer service motivated.
  • Hold strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Ideal although not essential:


  • A second European language.


It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets and worked with the following products and/or services: Junior Talent Acquisition Associate / Inhouse / Internal Recruiter, Human Resources, Customer Services, Researcher, Sales, Financial Services, Payments, Payment Solutions, Fintech, Commercial, Banking.

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
