Senior Complaints
Handler **to join our Aftercare & Compliance Department.
This is a great opportunity to work within a new department that has been developed to further support our customer journey within the CES cycle.
Salary:
£32,000.00 annually PLUS a bonus of up to £5,000.00 per year.
Working hours:
Monday / Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:30, Wednesday 10:00 - 19:30, Thursday 10:30 - 19:00 and Friday 09:00 - 16:00.

Key responsibilities:
- Contact our customer after installation to ensure a high standard of workmanship has been delivered.
- Manage all escalated customer complaints.
- Assist and implement service procedures.
- Maintain customer relationships to a high standard.
- Be heavily involved in improving customer handling techniques.
- Be involved with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
- Discuss any installation issues.
- Arrange appointments with customers for remedial works to be undertaken.
- Record detailed and accurate information from conversations to spreadsheets.
