A fantastic opportunity has become available for a
Senior Complaints
Handler **to join our Aftercare & Compliance Department.


This is a great opportunity to work within a new department that has been developed to further support our customer journey within the CES cycle.

In this role you will lead the service department to manage customer interactions. The role would suit an individual who has confidence, patience, politeness, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with difficult conservations.


Salary:
£32,000.00 annually PLUS a bonus of up to £5,000.00 per year.

Working hours:

Monday / Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:30, Wednesday 10:00 - 19:30, Thursday 10:30 - 19:00 and Friday 09:00 - 16:00.

Key responsibilities:


  • Contact our customer after installation to ensure a high standard of workmanship has been delivered.
  • Manage all escalated customer complaints.
  • Assist and implement service procedures.
  • Maintain customer relationships to a high standard.
  • Be heavily involved in improving customer handling techniques.
  • Be involved with new ideas to improve customer service standards.
  • Discuss any installation issues.
  • Arrange appointments with customers for remedial works to be undertaken.
  • Record detailed and accurate information from conversations to spreadsheets.
